It all began during the COVID-19 pandemic when my esteemed teacher, R. Mendelson, was unable to travel to Tunisia. He recommended me to American companies as his replacement for the position of “Mashgiach” inspector. Gradually, with dedication and divine assistance, I ascended to the role of regional manager, overseeing 90% of Tunisian, Algerian, and several Moroccan and Turkish companies exporting olive oil, dates, olives, capers, and more.
Our mission is to align the kosher certification process with exporters, ensuring the provision of kosher. Before my involvement, obtaining certification could take over six months, often resulting in importers seeking alternative factories. Now, the process is significantly more efficient, thanks to my ability to communicate in Arabic as a proud Tunisian citizen. I ensure that all clients understand the procedure, offering support via phone communication too.
